Whether you are buying or selling, Meredith believes that taking a client through the process is very personal, and requires utmost care and attention. Seeing the journey through their eyes and what their vision is for the transition is one of her greatest strengths. Clients appreciate the well-rounded education they receive from her, the in-depth showings (where she’ll even climb into a crawlspace for them!), and the thoughtful gestures that make her truly special.
Meredith grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia around horses, with acreage and other features of more rural and suburban areas. “My specialty is becoming the expert in the area where my clients need me. I sold clients’ horse farms, to then renovate a suburban bungalow for a downsize, or take clients who live in tight quarters and found them a place to roam on. Whether it is rental property liquidation and custom-built new construction; each transaction brings something new and different to the table.”
Being a professional interior designer laid the groundwork for adding residential sales to her business in 2013 in Richmond, Virginia. Soon after graduating from VCU with degrees in both French and Interior Design, Meredith started her own interior design company and was so successful, she was elected the youngest president of the Virginia Chapter for the American Society of Interior Designers. This role required her to take on many national leadership positions for students all over the country and inspired her passion for real estate.
Meredith is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified Interior Designer (CID), and a professional member of both the National Association of Realtors®and the American Society of Interior Designers.
In her free time, Meredith volunteers within her church and her children’s schools. She speaks French fluently, and is an avid exercise enthusiast with a state powerlifting title!
